Terms and Conditions

  • Payment
  • I accept checks, money orders and cash. I can now accept Zelle payments, but no other electronic forms. Personal checks must clear before shipment. This may take as many as 7-10 business days. Orders paid by cash or money order will be shipped within two business days. Reservations by email or phone and confirmation of the total amount due are strongly encouraged before payment is sent.

  • Shipping
  • All orders will be shipped via U.S. mail, unless another method is specifically authorized by the customer. All orders will be packed securely and shipped in boxes or padded mailers. On orders over $100.00, customer will be responsible for insurance and delivery confirmation. On orders over $500.00, I will pay postage and delivery confirmation. Customer will be responsible for insurance.

  • Sales Tax
  • New York State residents must pay state and local sales tax or provide a valid resale certificate.

  • First come, first served
  • All cards are sold on a first come, first served basis. Please understand that asking for more information,
    additional scans, more time to think it over or a larger discount will not reserve the card for you. Cards will be sold to the first customer who says "I'll take it".

  • Grading and Return Policy
  • I offer a no questions asked 14 day return policy. The item must be in the same state that it was shipped in.
    I strive to accurately describe the condition of all cards that I sell, raw or graded. Large scans are provided for your convenience. Still, mistakes can be made by me or by third party graders. Your satisfaction is very important to me. Details of my return policy follow.
  • Raw Cards
  • Any raw card can be returned within the 14 day window for any reason for a full refund. If the card is altered or not authentic and not disclosed as such in the listings, I will also refund the postage both ways. Under no circumstances will I be responsible for grading fees or shipping to and from a grading company.

  • Graded Cards
  • My return policy applies to graded cards as well. I have graded cards from several companies in my inventory and I understand that there are many reasons for customers to want their cards in another company's holder. Of course, I cannot guarantee that any card will "cross over" to the equivalent grade of a different grader. I will still accept return of that card, provided it's in the same holder it was shipped in.

    I will not hide behind the mistakes of a grading company. If a graded card proves to be altered or unauthentic, and is not disclosed as such, I will refund the shipping both ways. Once again, I will not be responsible for grading fees or shipping to or from a grading company.

    I will always attempt to resolve any problems amicably and professionally. Please contact me prior to your purchase if you have any questions.

  • Post War Card Lots
  • Due to the obvious possibility of card switching, I cannot offer refunds on post war cards lots.

  • Hobby references are available on request.
